australia sydney permanent au$200000.00 - au$220000 per annum**A large Financial Services provider is seeking a Technology Owner with strong knowledge and experience in collaboration and digital workplace technology to join their team on a permanent basis.**

With a strong background managing M365, Microsoft Teams / MTR along with other collaboration tools such as Yammer, meeting room / whiteboard and property technology, you will manage a team of 10 - 15 technical resources and take ownership and accountability for this technology stack. This role will drive a pipeline of projects focused on the enablement of Microsoft Copilot and AI related technologies, and act as an escalation point for senior management during incidents.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications
- Strong experience working as a Product Manager / Technology Owner within large, complex environments
- Advanced knowledge and experience managing M365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and other collaboration tools
- Proven experience managing a team of technical resources
- Superior written and verbal communication skills along with mentoring skills.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills
