**Your new role**:
We’re looking for a Project Officer to help drive the successful implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of the Dayforce Human Capital Management System (HCM). It is a full-time fixed-term role to 30 June 2026.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our People and Culture technology solution not only aligns with current business needs, but also significantly enhances service delivery and the overall employee experience.

You will collaborate closely with People and Culture, IT, and external partners to guarantee seamless system functionality, uphold data integrity, and foster user satisfaction.

**Your skills and experience**:
You will bring with you:

- Understanding of project management principles (planning, monitoring, evaluation) with exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in HCM implementation, upgrades, optimisation projects, and knowledge of HR processes (employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance).
- Skilled in supporting HR tech projects (system rollouts, testing, change management) and collaborating with HR, IT, finance, and vendors for system integration.
- Ability to track milestones, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while bridging HR and technical teams to align business needs with system functionality.
- Experience creating training materials, conducting end-user training, troubleshooting HR system issues, and enhancing user experience.
- Track record in delivering high-quality work, and identifying issues, complemented by strong critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
