So, what’s the job?

You’ll be delivering a highly empathetic customer experience

You’ll assess and investigate a portfolio of claims for our travel insurance customers

You’ll analyse information from a variety of sources and stakeholders, communicating clearly to parties inside and outside the business

You’ll clearly communicate claims outcomes to customers, facilitating timely resolutions and payments when applicable

You’ll be customer focussed, with the drive to deliver an empathetic customer experience

You’ll be eager to learn new skills within the claims and insurance industry

You’ll be comfortable working with multiple systems at once and coordinating between them

You’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

You’ll have an eye for detail and a willingness to contribute to workplace improvement and changes

You’ll have initiative and drive to do the best by your customer
