**What you'll do**:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate client information in our databases
- Liaise with the ATO regarding client correspondence
- Assist in preparing and handling client documents
- Answer incoming calls for the team
- Ensure deadlines and requests are met through effective coordination

**What you'll bring**:

- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Initiative to work independently and as an effective team player
- Sharp attention to detail
