**What’s the role?**

As the Head of Content Management Platforms, you’ll lead the strategic direction and delivery of Westpac’s enterprise content capabilities. This includes overseeing intelligent document processing, document generation, and content management platforms. You’ll manage a significant portfolio of programs ($20M+ annually), drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, and lead a large, high-performing team. Your work will enable smarter, more efficient operations across the bank and support our broader transformation agenda.

**What do I need?**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience leading large-scale technology teams in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in content management platforms, including IDP, document generation, and digital signing.
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level communication.
- A solid engineering background, with hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies and DevSecOps.
- A passion for driving innovation and simplifying operational processes through technology.
