**The Role**

We are looking for a Full-time Assistant Manager for our kiosk in Westfield Bondi Junction.

Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll be accountable for:
? Supporting the Business Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail

? Assisting the Business Manager in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings

? Motivating and driving your team to achieve performance targets

? Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support

? Working closely with the Business Manager and the training team to ensure team members can accurately carry out all aspects of their roles and have up-to-date product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences

? Assisting in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll have the following key skills and experience:
? Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience

? Experience in a managing a retail team in luxury beauty

? Excellent leadership and communication skills

? Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire

? Operating with diligence and attention to detail, must be flexible and determined

? Willingness to put in necessary work that is required to fulfil all the needs of the business

? Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and to adapt

? Must be able to work well under-pressure and be a creative problem solver
