FT Salary position for a Assistant Area Manager to join our NSW Operations Team

Business is growing A new position has arisen with this leading International Food Franchiser that has an existing high profile footprint in Australia. Overseeing a portfolio of stores, this role will see you coach, mentor and influence Franchise owners and operators to deliver strong operational standards, improve sales and enhance their in-store experience.

Working autonomously as part of a managerial team, you will report into the Area Manager and spend most of your time in store partnering with Franchisees to ensure profitable growth of their business.

**About You**:
The role will suit a driven and experienced Chef or Store Manager with a sound understanding of QSR and Sushi Retail operations. You will be passionate about the delivery of a quality fresh product, outstanding customer service experiences, and thrive on generating and encouraging the success of others and the business. A background in franchise operations will be highly advantageous, as will the ability to liaise with and work side by side with your teams.
- Full working rights in Australia: Citizenship or Permanent Residency only
- **Knowledge of Sushi and Sushi making skills is prefered**:

- Strong business acumen
- Excellent relationship building skills
- For this role, you will need your own transport (Car allowance provided)
