**State Manager| NSW | Orthopaedics**

They are part of the largest and most diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical products. Your new role as the State Manager will see you leading a team of 6 - Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists. This is a hands on role so there will be times where you will have to cover case support but you focus will be on mentoring and providing support for your team to help them achieve their individual financial and personal goal.

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years experience in medical device sales (preferably in Ortho or Spine or neuro)
- Experienced in some form of leadership role.
- A science degree is ideal
- Nurse, Paramedic, Allied health or Biomedical Degree or professional athlete
- Residing in NSW or willingness to relocate
- Ability to travel regularly and cover cases in evenings (occasionally)
- Successfully managed sales people and helped them develop their craft
- Demonstrated Leadership and financial acumen
- Genuine passion for growing and mentoring and supporting people
- Display strong emotional intelligence
