Our intention is to be the very best at what we do, ensuring that each schools tour exceeds their expectations. In addition to school tours, we can also design adult special interest tours and meet other requests.
The person successful in this role will take the tour overview (timetable of activities etc) produced by our Product Design and Delivery Consultants,, along with their extensive notes, and will produce the final itinerary document including the following:

- Support the design team by producing route maps where required
- Developing interesting and engaging tour titles
- Following the master itinerary document and ensuring everything required is completed, including some addenda or options as required and identified by the design team
- Developing PowerPoint presentations, travel note, contracts and other documents for distribution to teachers, interested parents and students. Potentially assisting with redesigning some of these documents so that they can be accessed and filled in on our website

- Extremely strong English, spelling, punctuation, grammar and the ability to proof documents
- A keen eye for visual presentation
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- Warm phone manner and the ability to develop relationships through phone contact
- Ability to think logically, identify potential errors and, once the role has been learned, the ability to make suggestions to the Product Design Team for changes in itineraries that will improve their flow, inclusions or learning outcomes. (This skill may take quite some time to learn)
- Takes pride in producing truly outstanding documents, utilising a master document (or perhaps may even have ideas to improve this master)
- Has a real commitment to high client service standards, including having the ability to liaise with staff at all levels, including teachers, heads of departments, principals and more
- Must have experience in an office role
There is potentially the opportunity for the right person to become a Product Design and Development Consultant. We are growing quickly and will need another person to join the Designers within about 12 months or earlier.
