Reporting directly to General Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Hertz locations at Queanbeyan, Mitchell, Fyswick, Goulburn and Yass.

**Duties**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Maximize utilization as set per KPIs
- Manage, mentor and develop team
- Assist with recruiting, selection and induction
- Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information, daily operating controls and figures
- Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur
- Completion of reports by due dates
- Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service and logistics experience
- Minimum two years of experience in managing teams
- Positive attitude
- Desire to achieveAbility to work under pressure
- Strong planning skills, organising skills and time management skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to capture growth opportunities
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to travel
- Unrestricted driver's licence

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
