Hays has partnered with an Australian owned and operated packaging manufacturer to offer a fantastic opportunity for a production supervisor wanting to grow and develop their career.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be responsible for supervising the production team and ensuring the production line is always operating at peak efficiency. This will involve:

- Supervising a team of approximately 20 split across 3 different shifts
- Performing standardisation of all machines and ensuring that an accurate record and data is kept
- Fault detection and ensuring systems are set up in place with accurate training
- Ensuring quality checks are consistently done
- Training of the production team to ensure all skills are supported
- Developing KPIs that are to be met consistently

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience in a production supervisor / manager or similar role
- Previous experience with standardisation and fault-finding
- To be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- An engineering degree would be highly advantageous

**What you'll get in return**

This role is a permanent position that offers fantastic career development with a salary of $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and expertise with working hours of 5:30am - 3pm.
