You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality are maintained.Please note: This position requires the Supervisor to work on a rotating shift roster.Key responsibilities include:Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of production operators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed McCormick's rigorous quality standards.Safety Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular training, and promoting a safe work environment.Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for cost savings, enhanced productivity, and process optimization.Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and coordination across departments.About YouProven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience in TPM systems.Ability to complete and coach RCA activities.How to ApplyIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and lead a dynamic production team, we'd love to hear from you
