**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Digital, we’re looking for a creative and business minded Digital UX Lead to join our Support Office in Richmond. If you’re looking for your next challenge and have experience in providing excellent design direction and digital products that really focus on the end user, we would love to hear from you

**Sound good? Here's some of the things you’ll manage**:

- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Grill'd digital products by defining problems, undertaking research, leading ideation workshops to understand and prioritize the needs of customers and stakeholders
- Responsible for leveraging data, customer insights and collaboration to execute engaging, innovative and meaningful digital experiences for Grill’d guests and Relish Members.
- Define end-to-end user flows and HCD design to support ordering convenience solutions that surprise and excitement our customers
- Partner with the Product and Insights teams to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch, championing end-to-end Service Design while maintaining a consistent customer and brand experience at every touchpoint.
- Establish a design leadership capability that has a strong voice and presence through Grill’d along with strong views on the direction of design, resulting in bold and ambitious customer and Relish member experiences.
- We want someone who likes to think outside the box and will bring big ideas to the table, ready to disrupt with meaningful experiences in the Fresh Casual ordering convenience space

**Who we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years of experience working as a UX Lead developing user focused, responsive web and digital design products (eCommerce experience highly desirable)
- A solid grasp of HCD principles and frameworks, mixed methods research
- Experienced in a dynamic organisation such as Retail, eCommerce, Hospitality would be ideal, but not a dealbreaker
- A thorough knowledge of designing for Android, iOS and Web
- Strong proficiency/expertise in Prototyping Tool e.g. Figma, Abode Suite, InDesign and Axure RP
- Excellent relationship builder with an ability to communicate designs clearly and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Someone with a passion for design-led thinking and can bring an agile mindset to the role
