**About the Role**
Keen to shape the digital experience for over a million Australians?
We’re looking for a Digital Experience Manager to act as the lead for our websites, driving the strategy across our portfolio of brands including Red Energy and Lumo Energy. This is a unique opportunity to elevate the digital experience for both new and existing customers, driving sales growth and engagement in line with our overarching Digital and Retail group strategies.
You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a product roadmap that uplifts our digital presence. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our websites and social channels are optimised for customer experience, Organic Search growth (SEO) and Generative AI visibility (GEO).
**In this role, you will**:
- Lead the website strategy and design the product feature roadmap across our portfolio of brands in line with annualised sales and retention targets.
- Strategically owns and prioritises the backlog, working closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities.
- Design a roadmap for content, UX, and technical aspects of our websites ensuring its growth across key success metrics.
- Track and report on digital KPIs to ensure acquisition and retention goals are met.
- Lead and motivate the digital experience team to achieve growth and customer experience objectives. Develop the team's capability through targeted coaching, measurement and performance feedback.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute digital enhancements and projects.
- Ensure team adherence to governance frameworks and alignment with the product roadmap.
**What we’re looking for**:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in digital website experience strategy (energy industry exposure preferred but not essential)
- 2-5 years' experience in a digital experience product ownership role.
- Senior leadership experience managing digital teams and programs to timeframes, budgets, and business KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder engagement within a mid-to-large organisation.
- Prior experience managing design, content, and social media teams within an agile methodology.
- Knowledge of Figma, Contentful (CMS), Google Analytics, and Social Media Management tools is preferred.
- Experience in the energy industry is preferred but not essential.
