**The role**:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service to all clients.

Duties include:

- Taking high volume inbound calls.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Effectively and efficiently coordinate customers’ service requests and transactions.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Consulting customers on the organisation’s range of products and services available to assist with decision making and provide solutions.

**You**:
To be successful for this role. You will have:

- Proven ability to deliver consistent and professional quality customer service.
- Must have experience in** retail/sales, contact centre, and remote support roles e.g., Live chat and ticketing.**:

- Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
