Production and Design Assistant

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer with a strong focus on social and web content creation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our digital presence while also contributing to our apparel design efforts. The key responsibilities include:

- **Socials & Web Graphics**_
Developing visually engaging and dynamic content tailored for digital platforms, including social media campaigns, website assets, and promotional materials. This segment requires a strong understanding of both our fashion brand aesthetic and the distinct look and feel of our trade promotion business.
- **Fashion Graphics**_
Creating innovative and brand-aligned graphics for our apparel collections, seamlessly blending creativity with brand identity to elevate our fashion offerings.

You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure that all visuals are not only impactful and cohesive but also tailored to resonate with distinct audiences across both the fashion and trade-focused platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Socials & Web Graphics**:_
- Design compelling visual content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Develop promotional materials for the trade promotion sector, such as brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across digital and print campaigns.
- **Fashion Graphics**:_
- Develop on-trend graphics, patterns, and prints for men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel.
- Create placement graphics, logos, packaging and typography for garments.
- Collaborate with the apparel design team to align graphics with seasonal collections and brand aesthetics.
- Stay updated on fashion trends to inform creative design decisions.

**About You**:
To thrive in this role, you should be a highly creative individual with a passion for design and storytelling. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your portfolio should demonstrate versatility, creativity, and an understanding of brand identity.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including apparel graphics and digital media.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
