Body Sculpting & Fitness is looking for a motivated, high-energy **Assistant Gym Manager** who’s ready to bring the heat We’re a busy, local gym with a big community vibe, and we need someone who’s as passionate about fitness as they are about helping people feel great.

If you know Torquay inside and out, you’ll know our members are serious about their fitness—and about having fun doing it.

**What You’ll Be Up To**:
You’ll be the right-hand person to our Gym Manager, helping steer the ship and keep things running smoothly. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

- **Lead the Team** - Rally the troops From making sure the gym is in top shape to motivating staff, you’ll be the go-to for creating a positive, high-energy environment.
- **Pump Up Memberships** - Work with marketing to keep things fresh—run promotions, get creative with local shout-outs, and bring in the Torquay locals
- **Keep It Spotless and Safe** - A clean gym is a happy gym. Oversee maintenance and cleanliness so members always feel welcome.
- **Be the Community Connector** - Network with other local businesses, plan community events, and be our face in Torquay.
- **Dream Big** - Have ideas for new classes, challenges, or even wellness events? We want someone with vision to help us stand out.
- **Mentor the Team** - Build up your crew, provide guidance, and help everyone develop skills to be the best they can be.
- **Streamline & Simplify** - Bring efficiency to our everyday tasks, from rostering to inventory and reports—because smooth operations mean happy members

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in leading a team in fitness, or a similar field.
- A people person who loves building connections—whether it’s with the team, our members, or the broader community.
- Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to keep things running smoothly.

Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Benefits**:
