Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage two suitably qualified
**Reporting, Parliamentary and Media Officers** on either a non-ongoing or contract basis

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver HPRG’s parliamentary functions to ensure a high standard of input and coordination of Briefs, Ministerial Correspondence, Questions on Notice and Senate Estimates Briefs.
- The preparation and co-ordination of media requests.
- Coordinate and prepare various requests for HPRG input and advice.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to build and maintain good professional working relationships.
- Manage junior team members, organize training as required and assist with the development of other staff.
- Assist the section to effectively, implement change and ensure the adoption of best practice.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- High level written and oral communications skills.
- Proofing and editing skills, with the ability to interpret and assess content.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Administration and coordination experience.
- High level of motivation, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated high-level time management skills and high attention to detail.
