**About the Centre/Service**

We are a Community based Not-for-profit Long Day Care Centre and Kindergarten. Our Centre team consists of friendly and professional educators who focus on providing high quality care and education with small groups of children through the use of intentional teaching; engagement with all children and close supervision; and taking personal ownership of the service that we provide to our families.

**Work Days of the Role**

Monday to Friday

**Hours of Work of the Role**

Varies -between 7.00am to 6.15pm

**Description**
- covering permanent Educators whilst on leave/and or planning time as required -these shifts may be pre-organised or on call as required -supporting a room and being a positive role model to the team -working with other educators to support the whole Centre -being familiar with Walker Learning documentation an advantage -will have a passion for children's learning both indoor and outdoor -a genuine interest in engaging with children. Listening and be inspired by their natural curiosity and their want to learn -be committed to providing a safe environment -sound knowledge of Early Childhood development, the EYLF, the National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards

**Qualifications**

Diploma in Children's Services -preferably with experience
