**Club Co-ordinator - Toorak Basketball Club**:

- Part-Time | Approx. 2-3 Days per Week | $35 per hour (depending on experience) | 3-Month Trial Period, Contract via ABN _

Toorak Basketball Club is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Club Co-ordinator** to join our vibrant community. This is an exciting opportunity to support the operations of one of the area’s most established community basketball clubs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to new club enquiries
- Oversee and manage competition registrations
- Ensure the smooth running of each new playing season across **three separate competitions**:

- Handle day-to-day administration and club operations
- Act as the liaison between the club's board and team managers
- Report regularly to the board on operational matters
- Coordinate with team managers and ensure effective communication across the club
- Serve as the “gatekeeper” for information and decisions flowing to and from the board
- Engage with multiple stakeholders including parents, players, coaches, and competition organisers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administration or club co-ordination roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience within basketball club competition or similar sporting environments is **essential**:

- A strong understanding of community sport dynamics and volunteer engagement

**Role Details**:

- Approximately **2-3 days per week**, with **flexible days/hours**:

- **$35 per hour** approx (based on experience)
- **Initial 3-month trial period**

This role would suit someone who is passionate about community sport, has a background in basketball, and enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
