**Job Description - Garden & Lawn Maintenance Crew Member**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Garden & Lawn Maintenance Crew Member** to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves working across a variety of residential and commercial sites throughout Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively within a team to complete scheduled tasks across multiple sites each day.
- Organise and carry out programmed maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes with strong attention to detail.
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, hedging, trimming, pruning, and other garden maintenance activities.
- Assist with gutter cleaning and safe removal of green waste.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional work environment on all sites.
- Contribute to meeting daily and weekly team targets.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong work ethic with pride in producing quality results.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work across different sites in Sydney.
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work in various conditions.
- Current driver’s licence (preferred) and White Card (advantageous).

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
