**A bit about the role**
Support the achievement of the Wyndham 2040 strategy through active partnership across the organization to support building capability in the management of risk, compliance and business continuity; to promote innovation and the pursuit of opportunity through risk informed decision making, while considering the compliance obligations of a complex legislative and regulatory environment.

Enable organisational performance through guiding the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of enterprise risk and compliance frameworks; and build organisational resilience in collaboration with management, planning for business continuity reducing the potential for service disruption.

**What you’ll deliver**
- Development of key operational risk information
- Improve documentation of the enterprise control environment
- Assessment of key business fraud risks
- Provide advice through collaboration with risk team members and key business stakeholders

**What you’ll bring**
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships, influence and engage.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal coupled with highly developed analytical skills
- Tertiary qualification or relevant specialist certification in risk and compliance
- Extensive experience in governance, risk, compliance, business continuity
- Demonstrated experience in assessing & developing risk & compliance systems maturity
- A positive, curious and flexible attitude
