**Job Description**:
Our Prestons Retail Fulfillment Centre is seeking a customer focused **Technical Analyst** to oversee systems accuracy and customer satisfaction across our state of the art automated facility. As **Technical Analyst**, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, and seek to provide solutions for customer data integration, packing and dispatch, order fulfillment and other continuous improvement services.

As the **Technical Analyst**, you will:

- Analyse technical data to provide business insights.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, unit, system integration and regression testing.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and validate Pre-Production Testing
- Ensure customer needs are effectively translated into the system configuration, operating rules and reporting tools.
- Identifying system performance trends, unplanned faults and/or performance or functional deviations and planning, initiating and coordinating appropriate response and recovery actions (short term) and continuous improvement initiatives (medium term).

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- An analytical approach to process optimisation and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills across a broad range of disciplines both oral and written.
- Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic and Excel (WMS and WCS highly advantageous)
- Ability to build strong relationships and work within a team environment.
