Production Associate

**Introduction**:
PharmaCare Operations is seeking an experienced, motivated and results driven production associate to join our team.

The production associate is responsible for supporting production management (both the Manager and Supervisors) with Continuous Improvement activities, new equipment purchases, project management, root cause analysis, recipe control, industrial engineering and other tasks. The production associate will also assist in ensuring all production activities can be performed in compliance with applicable regulations and can be achieved with increasing ease and decreasing cost.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, your key areas of accountability include, but not limited to:
Meet Corporate and TGA Good Manufacturing Practices.
Assist supervisors with Continuous Improvement objectives (cost reduction, capacity restraints, process improvement) and an overall reduction in the generation of Production deviations.
Assist with ensuring that all critical equipment & process changes are properly validated.
Assist supervisors with employee Training, Competence and Safety.
Assist with ensuring that Production SOP’s are current and comply with corporate requirements.
Conduct work studies to identify improvement opportunities and to set production performance standards.
Provide technical support to Production Management.
Upkeeping Excel spreadsheets and reports

**Skills and Experiences**:
EXPERIENCE

Experience in a manufacturing environment
Equipment related project management
Knowledge of and experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
Industrial engineering experience
Validation experience
