**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Stripping and sealing floors
- Shampooing carpets
- High pressure cleaning
- Amenities
- Public areas
- Escalators
- Office cleaning
- Touch point cleaning
- Machinery usage

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Sound understanding of periodical cleaning & machine operation:

- Previous Periodical Cleaning experience; polivac, walk behind sweeper / scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Responsible to work unsupervised
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a champion of customer service
- National Police Clearance (12 months) or willing to obtain
- Available to primarily work Monday - Friday 10pm - 6:06am with occasional scheduled weekend work
- Strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills
- High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail
