**About The Role**

We are looking for an experienced people leader to join our Bulwer Island Terminal team to manage large tank and complex site installations. You’ll be expanding the B Type service function of our current business across all segments (industrial, commercial, residential, leisure). Your natural ability in building relationships will assist you to successfully lead your team whilst also collaborating with the broader LPG business and external contractors to provide timely and cost-effective service to our customers.

Your day-to-day:

- Leading employee and contractor performance to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective service delivery to all stakeholders and customers
- Maintain and develop an area wide network of Service providers to ensure 24/7 coverage of Fitters able to respond to emergency and maintenance situations
- Consult with and review customer demands and develop drawings, plans, and quotes for complex site installations
- Manage and develop a team (internal and external stakeholders) to be able to deliver approved solutions to meet our customers expectations
- Support safety activities including HSE meetings, customer site inductions and audits, and develop the departmental compliance with the Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan.
- Actively manage staff and contractor’s compliance with ongoing training

**Is this you?**
- Licensed LPG Gas Fitter or allied trade or professional qualification
- Drivers license - Heavy Rigid desired
- Type B licence highly desired
- Industrial commercial experience highly desired
- Demonstrated people leadership capabilities and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of gas industry installation codes and regulations
- Availability for short-term interstate travel at short notice
