We're looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team for an ongoing office cleaning contract in Pinkenba. This role ideally suits a 2-person cleaning team, but individual applicants are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the administration team and site contacts.
  • Additional work may be available at other sites across Brisbane for those seeking more hours.

Requirements:

For TFN (employee) option:

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car
  • Tax File Number (TFN)
  • Legal right to work in Australia

For ABN (contractor) option:

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car
  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Own cleaning equipment and products
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Legal right to work in Australia
