The role begins hybrid, The Officer must attend occasional face-to-face meetings during her working hours and may be required to transition to regular office attendance when the organisation requires

2 - Role PurposeMaintain Abu Care Services’ quality, governance and regulatory documentation for NDIS, Aged-Care, DVA and internal policies, ensuring all records are accurate, current and audit-ready.

3 - Key Responsibilities
- **Document control and/or development** - create, update and archive client information, contracts, staff files, insurance certificates, forms and registers for employees and clients. (Clients medication management, money management and others chart/form development)
- **Regulatory monitoring** - track amendments to NDIS, Aged-Care and DVA rules, codes, policies; brief management on impacts. Attend to meeting required for these organizations or partners companies.
- **Insurance & licensing** - oversee renewal timetables and file evidence before expiry.
- **ReturntoWork**:

- oversee renewal timetables, follow up and recording of Injuries at work. Management and coordination.
- **Audit support** - organise quarterly file checks, compile evidence packs and log corrective actions.
- **Staff compliance** - verify that employee qualifications, training and checks remain current; issue reminders.
- **KPI reporting & meetings** - arrange monthly governance meetings, minute actions and produce simple dashboards.

6 - ProbationA **3-month probation** applies. Performance will be reviewed evry month
- Accuracy and currency of document registers
- Employees documentation up to date.
- Clients's documentation, agreements and mandatory files up to date.
- Zero critical non-conformities in internal audits
- Timely follow-up of incidents and complaints
- Good Knowledge of NDIS, Aged Care, and DVA codes and policies.
- Development of files and data records
- Grants

7 - Additional Employment Conditions
- **Clock-in / Clock-out** - While working remotely, the Officer must record start, finish and break times using the company’s electronic time-tracking-location system.
- **Exclusive service during rostered hours** - The Officer must not undertake any other paid or unpaid work, freelance activity, study or personal business during rostered hours. Simultaneous employment (“double-working”) is deemed **serious misconduct and fraud**; breaches may lead to immediate disciplinary action, including termination and recovery of wages improperly claimed.
- **Policy compliance** - Adherence to all Abu Care Services policies, including confidentiality, privacy and data-protection obligations, is mandatory.
