Are you passionate about food, customer service, and working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? Mad Mex at Sunshine Coast Airport is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to join our energetic crew
**Position**: Food & Beverage Team Member
**Location**: Mad Mex, Sunshine Coast Airport
**Hours**: 15-30 hours per week (various shifts available)
**Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
**Description**:
**About the Role**:
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you’ll be the face of Mad Mex, ensuring our customers receive fast, friendly, and efficient service. Whether you're preparing food, serving customers, or maintaining the dining area, you'll help create the fun and energetic atmosphere Mad Mex is known for.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Prepare and serve delicious, authentic Mexican food
- Handle POS transactions and manage cash
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining and kitchen areas
- Assist with restocking and inventory management
- Work effectively in a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
