We’re on the lookout for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Driftwood Restaurant Rivershore site.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll support the Food & Beverage team in delivering smooth, efficient service — helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests through friendly customer interactions and attention to detail.

Driftwood Restaurant at Rivershore offers relaxed, riverside dining with fresh, locally inspired cuisine in a stunning coastal setting.

In this Role, You’ll

- Deliver excellent customer service in a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment, handling enquiries, complaints, and transactions professionally.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, while minimising waste and ensuring stock is checked and stored correctly.
- Prepare and serve beverages (if applicable), ensuring compliance with RSA and RCG regulations and delivering a consistent product.
- Keep the shop and dining areas clean and tidy, including tables, chairs, equipment, and floors, following sanitation procedures.
- Support the team by completing daily tasks efficiently, communicating clearly, and following all safety, security, and appearance guidelines.

You’re Likely a Match If You

- Hold a current RSA
- Confidently handle approved commercial chemicals, following safety procedures, dilution guidelines, and PPE requirements as outlined in MSDS documentation.
- Work well in a team environment, showing respect, building strong relationships, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
- Take workplace safety seriously by identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and complying with WHS policies and procedures.
- Bring relevant experience in food and beverage service, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Are physically capable of performing hands-on tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and operating kitchen equipment, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
