**The Position**:
This position is responsible for working with prospective customers and their families to identify their needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth and seamless service entry process. This role is results-driven and will actively seek to achieve agreed occupancy rates and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and referrer engagement.

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing residents and their families
- Resolve client enquiries or liaise with the relevant team members to find a solution in an effective and timely manner
- Build and develop a strong rapport with new and existing residents and their families
- Act as a first point of contact and being able to resolve conflict in this high-pressure situation
- Perform administration tasks such as data entry, filing and updating resident information when required
