- Screen and gather further information from prospective clients to ensure all referrals are “roster ready”.
- Manage reception and administrative tasks in an organised and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support for all departments including Payroll, People & Talent, Management, and our mobile workforce.
- Support a positive and caring company culture with all Encara Employees.
- Be involved in supporting Encara’s management team with projects as required.

**About You**:

- Have a friendly professional mannerism in all written and verbal communication;
- Good knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Office and CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred);
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to find efficiencies;
- Ability to work autonomously; and
- Initiative to be proactive in your role.
