**Your opportunity**:
Scanlan Theodore are seeking an experienced **Training Lead** who will act as a brand ambassador, representing Scanlan Theodore to the highest standard for clients and as an example to the in-store retail teams. The purpose of this role is to build and promote efficacious client experiences through the training, development and mentoring of in-store retail team members.

Reporting directly to the Head of Retail this role is responsible for the preparation and execution of training programs for in-store teams, ensuring exceptional client experiences and creating a learning environment, which promotes positive employee experiences. The **Training Lead** will also be responsible for providing operational support in boutiques when required.

**How you will contribute**:

- Together with the Head of Retail, create training objectives which align with overarching organisational goals.
- Leading by example, being present on the shop floor and providing an exceptional client experience when in Boutiques.
- Develop, implement and conduct training and coaching with boutique teams, monitor results and measure against employee and business performance.
- Nurture a self-learning culture and ensure boutique teams incorporate learning with the flow of work.
- Build and maintain product knowledge, stay up to date with best sellers, new arrivals, and category information.
- Oversee and lead the onboarding of new retail team members, and support State and Boutique management with the ongoing in-store onboarding process.
- Produce digital training content to be used for online training purposes.
- Facilitate styling workshops in Boutiques for employees.
- Support with AP21 in Boutiques when required.
- Travel interstate at the direction of the Head of Retail to support training requirements when required.

**Who you are**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a high-volume retail or service-based industry.
- Previous experience in roles where training and development was a strong part of the role.
- Demonstrated experience presenting content in different forums, including on-line and face to face training.
- Customer service-oriented attitude, motivated by the achievement of KPIs and targets.
- Bachelor's degree in management, fashion or a related field, or a Certificate in Training and Assessment or Professional Styling is desirable.
