**Description**:
About the Role

The International Health Promotion Officer position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strengthening of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) promotion and education in community settings across the Pacific. With a focus on comprehensive sexuality education initiatives (CSE), the role also provides health promotion expertise to other sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) projects to maintain a high standard across the international program.

The role is responsible for supporting the implementation of international projects, focused on increasing access to quality sexual and reproductive health services in the Pacific region. This is achieved through capacity building partner organisations to provide high quality family planning services including clinical services, community education, resource development and professional education.

Specifically, the International Health Promotion Officer will provide technical assistance in the review, adaptation, development and localisation of resources and training programs. These involve on training of trainer and peer education models. There will be a particular focus on reaching young people in out-of-school settings.

The position is part of the international Programme team. The position may be required to travel to Pacific countries as part of project activities which may include after hours and weekend travel (pending travel restrictions).
- Base Full Time Salary: $71,100 - $95,157 (Level will depend on experience)
