**Coco Skin Laser Health (part of Artisan Aesthetics Group) **are looking for a Clinic Development Manager who can lead and grow our busy cosmetic clinic in the heart of Newcastle. As a client-centric business, our focus is on providing real and natural results for clients and supporting their skin-health and wellness goals.

The Clinic Development Manager leads and develops a team of clinicians and Client Experience Consultants to deliver outstanding services and treatments to clients, which ultimately leads to exceptional client outcomes and clinic profitability.

**About You**

It’s important that our values align, including a strong focus on client care as well as fostering a fantastic culture in clinic. You will be calm, confident and action-oriented, as well as:

- Ensure that every client receives an exceptional, personalised experience that leads to ongoing and long-standing client relationships
- Use business data to develop the skills and behaviours of the team identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to raise performance
- Implement local marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing clients
- Lead clinic operations including budgets, rostering, training and stock management
- Implement a safe working environment, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures and Clinical Governance policies to ensure the safest possible outcomes for our clients and team members
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring immaculately presented team members and clinic at all times
