**Medina Manor** is conveniently located in Thornbury within the heart of Melbourne's North. Medina Manor is recognised for its expertise in caring for people living with Dementia and provides an enabling environment that focuses on person centred care, that is unique to each person’s individual needs and preferences.

**About the Opportunity**

As a Food Service Assistant and cleaner, you'll play an important role as part of the team, providing quality nutritional and balanced meals for our residents and maintaining the cleanliness of our home.

You'll support with serving meals, general food preparation, kitchen duties and stock control.

This is a permanent, part time role working:
Monday: 1.45pm - 6.30pm

Wednesday: 1.45pm - 6.30pm

Thursday: 8.00am - 4.00pm

Friday: 1.45pm - 6.30pm

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- A current Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of good hygiene practices
- Previous experience in Aged Care or in Housekeeping/Cleaning is desirable but not essential
