**Background**
Maid to Clean is a premium house cleaning company that services all of Melbourne. Our cleaning staff are supported by our office team of 18 who rely on modern systems and technology to provide a seamless experience for our customers. We are now in need of a new team-member who will join our planning and scheduling department. The role involves managing and optimising our cleaners schedules, allocating work to our cleaning teams, understanding both our cleaners and our customers requirements, problem solving in order to maximise resource efficiency and much more. The role will involve using multiple software systems in order to carry out day to day work and will require communicating with both our customers and our cleaning staff in order to meet KPIs. The job will require a large degree of multi-tasking.

**The Role**
The primary function of the Scheduling team is to allocate all our customers services to the most appropriate cleaning teams schedules, while keeping in mind considerations such as location, time, job size and customer/cleaner requests. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to our cleaning teams and customers, multi-tasking several inquiries at once and problem solving when things do not go to plan.
- Allocating bookings to cleaners schedules
- Communicating with customers and cleaners to problem solve and make necessary changes to maximise schedule efficiency
- Multi-tasking between multiple different tasks
- Accurately using our software to achieve your day to day work
- Following policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies across different departments
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs set regarding number of services assigned and schedule efficiency
- Assist other departments such as Sales in order to receive bookings and fill gaps on cleaners schedules

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with a service-based provider, or a call centre preferred
- Good basic math skills (to allow quick planning of start + finish times of services)
- Quick computer skills This is extremely important
- Ability to think analytically and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Efficient computing skills - 60 WPM+ preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
