.Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature- Calendar management for senior management team members, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other Assistants and confirming meetings with investors, clients, and offshore colleagues as requested- Regularly coordinate meetings and conference (audio & video) calls- Organize complex international travel itineraries and arrangements- Field telephone calls-
- Handling of confidential documentation and correspondence as requested- Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses- Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants

Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

The successful Executive Assistant should possess the following qualities:
- 10+ years of experience in working with senior-level executives providing outstanding administrative support in a dynamic environment- Superior communication and interpersonal skills- High level of professionalism- Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Advanced knowledge of MS Office- Ability to work well in a small team environment

- Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;- Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;- Supervising or training securities licensed employees;- Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and- Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
