As part of the key team leadership team, we are seeking a Quality and Education Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will set up our systems according to our standard operating model at Catholic Healthcare and coordinate all services in relation to clinical quality and education support to ensure that accreditation standards are met or exceeded. You will also facilitate effective training and education to all staff, including induction and competencies and ongoing training as required.
- Registered Nurse with APHRA registration.
- Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable).
- An in-depth understanding of Aged Care Standards.
- Fundamental knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care home.
- Essential knowledge of the accreditation standards.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Quality role in the Aged Care industry.
- Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable).
- A passion for continuous learning and education.
