**The Role and the Store**
Managing one of the company's newer Sydney stores. It's only a few months old but is seeing good growth so far. While the store is open 7 days per week, as Store Manager you will only be required to work Monday to Friday (if you choose). In addition, unlike most retail roles, the opportunity to take annual leave over the Christmas holiday period won't present a problem. You would be managing a team of 6 people including an Assistant Store Manager with PT and Casuals.

**Your Background and Experience**
You will have retail store and staff management experience and be an operationally organised individual capable of leading, engaging and delivering friendly customer service on the floor. While you will be very hands on in the store, you must be good at delegating tasks and coaching the team. You may be an Assistant Store Manager, seeking the opportunity to step up to a Store Manager role.

**Your Personality and Style**
You must have an outgoing personality and be confident speaking to all types of people at all different levels from blue collar workers to white collar professionals. You also must possess a strong work ethic and desire to achieve sales growth targets.

**Your Remuneration**
Good Salary + Superannuation + Quarterly Bonus

**Your Vaccination, Citizenship, Visa Status.**
You must have COVID double vaccination status and be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
