**The role**:
To be based in Eight Mile Pains and you will cover a geographical area including Brisbane and the surrounding areas. You will work in line with our high standards of quality and delivery excellence whilst exceeding customer service expectations at every available opportunity - this will directly assist in growing our sales, increasing our market share and growing the net profitability of our company.

You will be paid while you attend classes at our local training organisation, in accordance with your training agreement and participate in Carrier HVAC training sessions/days. Working on world class Carrier HVAC equipment and being guided and instructed by qualified Trade personnel, you will learn: - diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, assembly, and administration. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, skills and support and secure a long-term career that could set you up for life.

**Requirements**:
You will bring the following skills and be able to meet the requirements of the role by:

- A current driver’s licence with your own reliable transport
- A strong aptitude for hands-on, mechanical tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability, self-motivation and a willingness to work
- The ability to perform physical work in sometimes demanding conditions
- Eager to learn new skills
- Comfortable with heights
- Have a clear idea why you want to do this trade, do some research, and show us that you've thought about it. This can especially help if you're lacking experience
- Hold a White-Card or will get one before you start
