**About the role**
Reporting to the Commercial Financial Controller, we are seeking a qualified accountant who already has Finance Business Partner experience or an up-and-coming bright individual with an improvement mindset to join our collaborative and supportive team. This is a role that will see you work alongside the Sales, Operations and Senior Management team. You will provide financial information, support and analysis to support good decision making.
In this role you will:

- Analyse the site’s financial performance to have direct input into decision making
- Work with Sales and R&D team to support the development of new products and identify opportunities in sales channels
- Lead opportunities to reduce cost through improvements in efficiency, process re-design, and procurement pricing
- Have end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Arndell Park plant
