**Scope**
- Craft innovative Google Ads campaigns, strategizing and executing plans that drive results.
- Develop compelling creative concepts and craft persuasive copy that captivates audiences and drives action.
- Dive into the nitty-gritty of campaign setup, from keyword research to ad group structuring and tracking implementation.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, optimize for maximum efficiency, and provide insightful reports on achievements.
- Ensure a seamless user experience throughout the customer journey by aligning ad campaigns with other marketing assets.
- Collaborate with specialists and manage budgets, bringing your ideas to life.

**Successful Applicants**
- Preferably a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, alongside relevant tertiary qualifications. What matters most is that you're exceptional with Google Ads.
- High energy, self-sufficient person with a desire to learn & grow.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of switching priorities as and when necessary.
- Whilst this role isn't a client-facing role, the capability to do efficiently communicate with & answer client questions is desired.
