**About the job**

We are looking for a bright, energetic and bubbly individual committed to providing a high level of customer service, to be the face of Queensland Cotton in our Newstead office in a part-time capacity. As our new Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, and you will also support the wider Brisbane based team with a range of administrative activities.

Reporting to our Executive Assistant & Business Support, this role is suitable to an individual interested in an 8:30-2:30/3pm role - maybe you are a school leaver with great attitude and commitment, you have carer responsibilities, have to do the school run or someone looking to return to the workforce after some time out.

**A snapshot of the role**:

- Greeting visitors upon arrival to the office and triaging any inquiries as appropriate
- Answering phone calls and transferring to relevant people where appropriate
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries
- Responsible for stock control e.g., ordering of stationary, office supplies etc.
- Credit card reconciliations
- Carry out clerical support tasks such as organising meetings, preparing presentations, collating data, setting up of meeting rooms
- Scheduling and following up with meetings and events
- Any other administration duties as required by the team, including events support
