**About the Role**
Join BOQ Group (which incorporates Bank of Queensland, ME Bank and Virgin Money Australia) as an Organisational Change Manager.
The purpose of this role is to ensure programs/projects (change initiatives) meet their objectives and deliver business benefits.
This role will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. The OCM will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and maximise effectiveness of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
In addition, this role will identify and implement initiatives to contribute to capability uplift of the change management community, frameworks and tool kits.
**About you**
- Previous experience in an OCM role.
- Able to articulate a compelling case for change and coach change sponsors and leaders on messaging, influence and behavior modelling for their teams.
- Experience working on programs in the banking and financial services industry.
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders to enable them to lead the change.
- Structures an efficient design and implementation approach, leveraging principles around virtual teams, agile and human centered design.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitator skills at all levels.
- Expertise in facilitating an aligned vision and shared understanding between diverse, stakeholder groups.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
- Experience working within a project environment with an understanding of project methodologies, delivery against scope, measuring benefits and reporting.
- Formal Organisational Change Management certification, PROSCI or equivalent.
