**About the Role**

As a **Drop Ship Operations Specialist**, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our **Dropship Programme**. From managing vendor performance and onboarding to refining operational policies and driving continuous improvement strategies, your work will help deliver seamless customer experiences and support the growth of our dropship business.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- **Vendor & Service Provider Management**:
- Monitor carrier and service provider performance, ensuring compliance with Fantastic Furniture standards.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration.
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Ensure daily Drop Ship orders are processed accurately, resolving exceptions with internal (IT, Finance) and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine delivery cost models, optimizing fees for customers.
- Maintain and update programme documentation, policies, and guidelines.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to monitor performance.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Technology & Integration Support**:
- Monitor IT platform performance and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- **Strategic Contributions**:
- Collaborate with the Drop Ship Operations and Transport Manager on continuous improvement strategies.
- Participate in Dropshiprelated projects as a key contributor to ongoing growth initiatives.

**What We're Looking For**- 2+ years' experience in a similar role (experience with platforms like Shippit, Commerce Hub, or Aftership is a plus).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, inventory management, or logistics systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
