At present, we are looking for a Business Improvement Manager to join our market leading client. In this role, you will provide business management support for budgeting, IOP support, vendor management and purchasing/ordering. You will also help lead the design, embedment and continuous improvement of processes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Responsible for budgeting, IOP support, vendor management and purchasing/ordering.

Manage team workforce and Capex/Opex budget tracking.

Establish effective communication channels to encourage collaboration and new ideas.

Help provide change management facilitation and advocacy within the team.

Plan, coordinate and deliver team meetings and town halls.

Help lead the design, embedment and continuous improvement of processes that enable the business/team function and promote alignment, integration and collaboration across the organisation.

Promote a high performing and engaging culture and help deliver culture change initiatives across the team.

Design and execution of business management processes including business performance reviews and leadership team meetings in line with EM direction.

Develop and deliver the GPTW program.

Promote and facilitate Agile ways of working.

Provide contract management support if needed.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification.

5+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of technology industries (preferred).

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills

Detailed knowledge of SDLC / Agile / DevOps etc.

Telco experience a bonus.
