As a part of our team, you will have the chance to work autonomously in a successful and well-established company.

You will be responsible for performing the following duties:

- Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Preparing barista-style coffee and serving food to customers to the highest standards
- Serving all customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
- Handling cash transactions and using the POS system accurately
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to helping the team during busy periods
- Driving sales and contribute to store KPI's
- Build relationships with our clientele, contribute to customer database, drive appointment bookings
- Assisting with store operations including visual merchandising and stock-take

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a retail setting and meeting KPI's is preferred but not essential
- A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
- Barista skills or a willingness to learn and be trained in coffee preparation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work 3-4 days a week
