We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Cafe All-Rounder. This role involves a variety of tasks within our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations.

Provide excellent customer service, welcoming guests and taking orders with a friendly and professional demeanor. Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other cafe drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment, as well as washing dishes. Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system. Assist in opening and closing duties as required. Collaborate with the team to uphold the cafe's standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure, strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality, willingness to learn and be flexible with tasks.

Work including weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: $20.33 - $34.91 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
