**The Position**

As a Residential Support Worker, you will deliver a variety of services to participants to support them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life and to develop independent living skills in everyday life in their shared living environment. This includes provide assistance with all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care, domestic activities and varying skill development activities. You will be required to work 30+ hour weeks over a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, sleepover and weekends).

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**

At least 1 year experience as a Residential Support Worker (SIL)
Experience in supporting participants with behavior's of concerns and/or complex medical needs

Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualification
Mental Health Experience (Desirable)
First Aid with CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willing to obtain one
Good written and spoken English
Drivers license and reliable vehicle

**Salary**: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
